The South Bowl is a thoughtfully designed bowl crafted in ceramic to resemble the outline and contour of the southern most land mass on Earth – Antarctica.
It was designed in Pittsburgh, PA by Jeremy Burnich of Joy Complex. His minimalist take on a natural form allows the bowl to inhabit any decor whether traditional or contemporary.
Each South Bowl further minimizes it’s environmental impact with a 250kg surplus integrated voluntary carbon offset (VCO). The carbon offsets – obtained from Carbonfund.org – support third-party validated renewable energy, energy efficiency and reforestation projects globally that reduce carbon dioxide emissions and the threat of climate change.
The South bowl was successfully funded on Kickstarter.
